you dont need any in game editor to get a job you just select the club/nation you want  on game start up

or use add manager if in a save to take over a job

 

you can use FMRTE to swap AI managers but not you the 'gamer'

 

IMO the option to swap the 'gamer' with any manager should be added to the app if you want it suggest it in the feature request forum

Best thing you can do is , Increase all 3 of your reputation to "15000" (Note: FMRTE staff doesnt support these values) then Freeze, Apply for the job ... You will have higher chance of getting the job and then when you get the job you can revert back reputation values. 

If there is a manager already there just export his preset first then make all his reputation to 1 and make his contract expire. When he leaves the job , you can import his preset back.
