Can't edit finances

I just bought FMRTE21 (I had own previous versions). I don't see the option to change finances of the club I am playing with. What might I be doing wrong? is it not possible to change finances anymore?

I attach the options I see in my FMRTE, and I don't see the tab for finances. I am running the latest update of FM21
