Is it posible to edit the Concacaf Champions league with the FMRTE editor?

Hi. I need help. I would like to Know if its possible to edit the Concacaf Champions league with the FMRTE. My problem is that i edit this league with the pregame editor in order to expand it to 32 teams in the group stage. But in the game, in the Concacaf Champions league, doesn't appear teams from El Salvador and Jamaica. So i would like to include teams from this nations in the Concacaf champions League, in the save. But I do not know if that is possible or is something that can no longer be edited.
