What is your question: 

 In the same file, I became a manager when I changed to another club.
FMRTE was unable to read favorites.
And "human" is 0.

you can try this first before reporting as a bug -

try moving game forward a day and saving exit game and fmrte fully then restart both or start a new save see if the favourite menu now works and FMRTE registers human players

 

if its still the same report as a bug

no update and advice given re bug report if issue persists
