If the game is showing that then you are at max

 

in FMRTE

press the arrow on right it should set all fields to 100

 

if not just set them to 100 manually and save

 

you havent said if you have tried this in FMRE etc

and playing as Man Utd you dont need any help its a cheat code anyway😁😉🤑

    Sorry im forgot to tell that i've already press the arrow to set all field to 100. Then after 3 to 4 match the field in keep dropping back but in game match preparation field keep maintained as long as i set enough match preparation training before each game. Really confuse which one to follow.
