cant be done with a in game editor 

you have to use pre game editor

Where can i use a pre game editor like you said ?

And it will be ok for a game already created ?

I installed pre game editor with Steam, but if i do what you said (to choose number of subs), it will be effective on my active game ?

Apologize if i don't really understand

I did changes on FM Editor 21 but i don't know how to load the file in game 

Can i have some help please ?

It is via steam tools 

 

You would need to start a new save

when starting game you need to select the edited file/s you want in game

 

NB there is a thread requesting this feature be added to FMRTE in suggestions forum add to that if you too want it added
