Freezer Manager Not Working on FMRTE 20.4.4.49 for MacOS

I've been using FMRTE for a few days now and although all features I've tried are working fine so far, clicking the freezer manager button seems to do absolutely nothing. Am I doing something wrong or is this a known bug?
