Editing Number of Tiers in Stadium

Hi all. Quick question about editing stadiums with FMRTE. I've got a save going with Dynamo Dresden and they play in a 32,000 capacity stadium. In real life it is one tier all the way round (including corners) but in game they have it as a three tier stadium. Is there an easy way to change it? I know you can change capacity per stand but any ideas what I'd have to do to change it, even to two tiers? Thanks in advance.
