Hi, does anyone know how to change assistant manager style to be same as that of the manager e.g gegenpress o tiki taka.

I don't think you can for both the first team manager and assistant manager.  What you might have to do is look at his tactical attributes and adjust them to that particular tactical style.

Ok thanks. I already tried but was only able to change it to a different one but not the one I wanted. Thanks all the same. I'll keep adjust it, or I could copy the tactical attributes of another another coach which has the desired tactical style and see if it works.

That should work as you are mirroring the attributes.  Ask on the official FM forums for the values of each style.
