Stuck on "Obtaining Licence From Server" ??

Hiya,

 

Needed to reactivate, copied and pasted my licence key from the client area but it's been obtaining my licence from the server for a good 15 mins now.  Did the same at first so I redownloaded FMRT20 bit still having the same issue.  Is there a problem with the server or something??
