I will move to main forum please read the linked thread and post the other information required(I can see your version of FMRTE in the screenshot) and try to explain what the issue is(I appreciate English doesnt appear to be your main language)

is it the director of football is showing up with no job title? did you sign him on a free to your club/ and what exact job was he given as he in my game is unemployed and is set as main job-Head of youth development

 

 

just tried in game and looks fine for me

also what language are you running the game and FMRTE in ? are they the same

this Polishuk works either in another club or is simply listed in the team without a contract if it is changed with another person or if the contract ends the club management believes that the club has a sports Director

What is your FM version:(example answer- FM 18.1.2  (1051982, 1051985) I have steam set to offline) clearly state if using TOUCH/MAC/XBOX and its version eg  18.2.0 (1050300, 1050303)

 

Are you running FMRTE as administrator- YES/N0

I dont know if the language being different in game to FMRTE is an issue(I doubt it) but try to set game to English too

 

also try to tick these boxes in settings and save

 

 

try starting a new save game with these settings if the same issue persists report as a bug
