If you try to load it after purchase, an error occurs.

An error occurs when loading after purchase. Even after deleting and reinstalling it, the same error occurs. Is there a solution?

I read the contents of the answer, but it was not solved. Is there any other way? I don't know the exact cause. After deleting and reinstalling, I get the same error.
