Hi, i've been playing fm since 05 and have only every seen a hard brexit. Is it possible to use this to alter it to a soft brexit? or is there another way i.e. save scumming?

you are unable to edit  it  to get a soft/hard brexit etc

IIRC what you want cant be done even with pre game editor as the Brexit you get is random

Save scummimng is keep re loading for a different outcome, i have heard that it was hard-coded when you begin your save, i have also heard but it is different now?

as said previously  its random  and so the outcome is unknown to confirm this you need to ask over on the SI forums but as you allude it is hardcoded IMO and therefore apart from removing Brexit it leaves little scope
