Grey players - FMRTE or new tool to move them in your club

We are all aware how great attributes grey players can have - sadly they are mostly present in clubs / nations out of our reach and you can not offer them a contract, unless they are in your club...
 

So, I was wondering, would it be possible to create some option in FMRTE or brand new tool to move grey players in your club from another club or nation so you can offer them contract? If I'm not mistaken they also have ID number in game so maybe that can help...

 

Or maybe some tweaking in game itself could do a trick?
