In the 2020 version the board aggressively blocks all transfers that they do not like. I have a club that has the club culture of signing high reputable players that means I cannot sign any young unknown talents.

 

We really need to be able to edit club culture / club vision and the 5 year plan.

This has been reported as one of the many bugs that SI are looking at, as many users are getting issues, so that is down to them to address. See some are stating they cant sign players board blocks everything...so that needs sorting out ASAP

 

only a dev can state if it would be possible to add this as a feature to FMRTE, IMO I doubt it will be possible but time will tell

Ok, thanks. I still hope it is something that can be implemented in FMRTE be a dev. :) 

Yes would be nice more important is SI sort it in game or it's a total mess
