Which operating system are you using: Windows 10 pro

On March or April, I´ve bought a license to use FMRTE19, and now they require the license again, saying that I need a license to edit.

I lost my license in the program and on the site.

It does not require a new activiation after each FMRTE update.

It does require a new activation after each Windows Upgrade !

I just did the upgrade from Windows 1809 to 1903 and FMRTE requested a new activation

 

That's why we need to keep the mail with the registration code

 

But perhaps this issue can be solved for the new FMRTE version ?

Wild guess is that FMRTE perhaps stores the licence code in a folder that is within microsoft folders that get deleted when a Windows upgrade happens ?
