Is it possible to increase the scouting budget in the editor? In game my scouting budget is low and the slider to increase it is greyed out. I can change my wage budget / transfer budget slider in game so have no idea what’s going on. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

    I believe it is possible, but I am not aware of how to do it.  You can either wait for an answer here or ask over on the official FM forums.
