0darkman0
What bugs/issues did you encounter: What is your FM version: 19.1.1 What is your FMRTE version: 19 Which operating system are you using: Windows 10 On 2nd of April I've activated FMRTE 19 for the second time on a new windows 10 install. Last time I've used it the next day (3rd of April). Yesterday I had a windows 10 update and today FMRTE asks me to enter the license key. I don't want to risk using my last activation. What is wrong with that? Is it normal to lose an activation after a windows update?
greyfox
As far as I am aware, this is not normal. Did you deactivate the software before the update?
0darkman0
No, I didn't, that's why I find it weird.
greyfox
Well...when you re-activate the software, your activation count should not be affected as you are still on the same system and the same install. Contact support through your client area and explain your situation then you can go from there.
