FMRTE 19 is not opening

My FMRTE 19 just suddenly refused to open. Yes, I've set it to run as administrator. i've tried uninstalling and installing again. i've also tried restarting my computer severally. It wont budge. Help!!!!

    Same problem here. When I try to open FMRTE nothing is happening

     

    EDIT: Ok so there's a new version becuse of this issue and it seems to be working fine now :)
