What bugs/issues did you encounter: 

What is your FM version: 2019

What is your FMRTE version: 19

Which operating system are you using: Win 10 64bits

I had bought a license key on your web,when I choose activate online,the response return as"online activation error"
 
so I choose activate offline, on your web clinet area offline activation ,I paste the activation data that I had copied from FMRTE into the text area, ant then press next ,then I got a response as"offline activation error"
 
How can I resolve this problem?
