It looks like I might have to abandon a 100 hour save where i've taken a club from 10th tier up to the Championship (2nd tier) because of FFP. Really want to be able to just turn it off or edit around it.

you can pre game using advanced rules within the pre game editor you can edit/remove the ffp rules 

 

 not much use to you I know but for future reference;)
