As per the option for us to be unsackable the same for AI managers so you can give them a few years at a club to develop if you want to

Yep id like this feature. Its annoying if you start a league a few months in there is usually a handfull of top jobs becoming avaliable. I know using official editor i could put them back in but it would be good if the boards current faith in their manager could be tweaked

Being able to edit the 'Chairman/Board (?) Confidence' attribute might be useful for this. Although I changed it in the pre-game editor to be 200 for every manager in employment and there are still managers at the start of a new game who are 'Precarious'.

 

Would love this feature. Think it would improve the AI overall actually.

workaround is to change the Ai manager contract start and expire date to a future date. he stays at the club no matter what happens
