Don't use touch at all so cant assist 

 

there have been issues with changing names in FMRTE previously will look at that later havent got access to game at the moment 

 

right changing names eg surname in FMRTE for the full fat game works fine, but you can not edit the common name that box is empty and can't be accessed, so that might be the issue, FMRTE doesn't do that.
