FEATURE BUG - Cant transfer player/staff

OS: Win 10 (x64)
FMRTE: 17.2.1.14
FM17: 17.2.1
Have followed the guide to clear cache, reactive etc.

 

If i try to transfer a player/staff it either gives an error: "index out of range" or the an empty player field in future transfer:
