Anyone know of a way of getting around post brexit work permits without changing a players nationality?

read fm talk forum for tips pre game

in game not really but you could in nation nations see if england still shows as being in EU if not add it in FMRTE see what happens

 

I thought FM was meant to be a real world simulator and since post brexit work permits don't exist yet why do they exist in the game?
