i just purchased fmrte 16 today and i need help

I made some changes on me the manager like reputation and nationalities and stuffs and saved but when I load fm 2016 I see no changes at all. and also, when I load fmrte 16 the changes I have made disappeared all of a sudden. can anyone solve this problem? I really wanted to use this so badly.
