you need to edit via finances tab of club

 

moving to main forum as this is forum for talking about the game ie FM16 etc you are seeking help for FMRTE so better of posting in the main windows forum

 

take a read of the guide and useful stickies the FFP play one might help you as editing finances isnt always enough to guarantee big budgets

fmrate 15 is only for the 15 fm or fm 16 too?

As you can see in the photo I sent , I did as you described in the picture above , does not appear the menu to finance min, this club is on the screen is my game

and just in case you misunderstood FMRTE16 license is for FM16 only cant be used with any other version
