Hi..... I am deep into a save game and I have taken over a team that had a transfer embargo due to breach of financial regulations.  I have been playing with no transfers for 4 seasons without the embargo being lifted.  I bought the editor to try and lift the embargo but I can't seem to crack it.  I have changed the dates and had the message that the embargo has been lifted but still I can't sign players.

Any help would be appreciated.  I have changed the dates... deleted the dates.... but nothing works.
