I've had this problem since yesterday so I updated to the latest version thinking it would fix it but alas, it hasn't. It loads the game and all the players but when I try to heal or give them a morale boost the attributes don't change. Any fix?

I don't have permission to read 

I have no idea what happened there

 

anyway are you updated to last patch build 33

 

if so pop over to bugs forum read the thread with similar issues you might need to try deactivate etc
