no it is not possible you can swap managers but extending changing an international contract is not an option in FMRTE

 

 in SI pre game editor, if you search in that you will see details in the nation  contract you can do it there

however there is an issue with the wage that's why it shows as blank it has been reported months ago

and you cant set up future transfers with managers, but you can swap with FMRTE
