Critical error when starting FMRTE 15

When I try to start FMRTE 15 a message pops out and it says: " An error occurred while FMRTE was starting Message: Provide value on System.StaticResourceExtension threw an exception. FMRTE will now terminate.

Can anybody help me with this,please?
