activation not working

I have purchased license for FMRTE16 and have been playing with it for about 1 month. however recently when i try to edit data it reminds me that it is a protection feature again. i thought maybe it is some bug so i re-input the license No. i purchased and it accpets activation but when i try to edit data it will show protection data warning again, like a loop.

any solution or explanation? thanks in advance.
