Sending Players out on Loan using FMRTE?

Hi,

Is there a way I can send players out on loan using FMRTE? just like when you set up a future transfer but for a loan. Sometimes it seems impossible for offers to come in for your young players when playing in the lower divisions. Usually I temporarily change an affiliate club to a club I want to send a player out on loan and move them via the affiliate option. But this can get very tedious. Didn't know if there was an easier way?
