Is there a way to sack managers with FMRTE? I don't mean replace them btw I mean just sack them and then the job is openly available. Thanks!

you could set his contract to expire

 

if option is available to edit  leave at contract end you are laughing

 

if not make him hate club/club hate him etc so he wont renew contract

just change their contract end date and pray.

you cant do it via FMRTE but if you add a new manager in and replace the current manager with the new one you created then instantly retire it has the same effect, hope this helps

wont work the club will offer him a new one

 

you could give him very poor stats(export his details first)and edit his contract make it more likely club will get rid, but still no guarantee he wont get a new contract

not if the club under performs

what bigd says is quickest/easiest option

 

there are so many factors that have to fall in to place for other things to work, the above option is guaranteed to work and instantly

What I do is find the team where I want their manager sacked, then do this:

Set the Fitness and Morale of the entire first team to 0. Select all and Freeze.

Do exactly the same for the U21 team.

Then let the game play out. The team will go on an epic losing run and the manager will get booted. 

Then just unfreeze both teams and apply for the job.
