How can I make player want to sign to my club?

Hello All,

I am playing Chelsea and trying to sign Lampard in my second season. Lampard is about to retire and I tried editing Lampard info by using FMRTE, such as like team like person, dislike team NYCFC, low contract status, transfer listed, low morale, low happiness, and even make contract about to or expired from NYCFC. The player still don't want to sign to Chelsea.

How should I solve this?
