Registration for CAF Champions League

Hello everyone! I was wondering if there's any way to register a player for the CAF Champions league? I have already tried to add a relation that says 'uefa registration' or 'squad registration' but nothing happened.  Thanks

    I've tried but it didn't work. I tried to add all kinds of relations (UEFA registration, Libertadores, Squad....) nothing changed.
