Hi

I bought FMRTE 16 a couple of weeks ago and used it fine with no problems. Now, suddenly, when I double click the desktop icon for FMRTE or mini FMRTE it just won't start up. There's no error message or anything - I just double click and my mouse cursor changes as if the program is loading up but then in a moment it goes back to the pointer arrow and nothing has happened. If I go to task manager FMRTE isn't one of the processes so seemingly it's just not responding.

I have net framework installed, I've tried uninstalling fmrte 16 and reinstalling and it still isn't working. I haven't updated FM or Steam, I dont have any outstanding windows updates or anything and all other programs work fine on my laptop. There's no error message or log to give you as simply nothing is happening when I double click. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

As I've uninstalled, when I eventually get it working will I need to be provided with a new licence key?

license key wont be a problem at all

 

if it doesn't work you need to report in bug forum and look for help there
