Changing club to Professional

Hi, love FMRTE again guys

I have changed a club to professional using FMRTE and then saved at the top. Although in the game, you can still only offer part time contracts. Is there a way to change this? (Even though it says on the club screen professional)

    Yes and yes. I carried on for a few months. Like I said the club displays as professional, but you can still only offer part time contracts. I've even tested it with a few new saves with other part time clubs to the same affect.
