my FMTRE become deactivate?

hi, I am buying the key on Feb 15, for FM2015,  and using it until today, but when I open it just now and want to use it, and it become unactivate, I'm sure I didnt unactivate it and didnt use on other PC, and I want to ask what is the reason I may cause? Is that possible for I rescover it? Or I should use the key to reactivate it again? Will it reduce the limit that I can activate the FMTRE?
