No, There is no such thing in FMRTE .. But there are 2 things you could do

 

1: Just use pre-installed preset on him - Such as (Poor - very poor - Average)

2: You can also try and make a preset for that player to destroy his fitness (Like DESTROY TEAM).. och run it every week so he will never play (This function will hopefully start workingin next update of FMRTE)
