I have this issue - at the beggining of my new manager job (Zenith) I have been asked to work with the current staff. I thought they didn't want me to fire anyone but they didn't want me to sign anyone either. I have 6 coaches for the A team and they mostly suck. Is there a way to sign/add/create a new coach/assistant man./physio without swaping for anyone else? I really need more of them...

You can strengthen your current staff by increasing their stats to make them more capable.  Try asking your board to allow more staff through board interaction.

Hi, yeah, I know it's possible to strenghten them and I did that and it is not enough. They are overloaded and players keep complaining about lack of atention from coaches... The board wouldn't talk about staff at all. Although it says, I have 5 more coaches allowed for this season, when I try to sign one, the board just deny the deal, saying I promised not to sign anyone...

Is that promise one of your philosophies?
