Hi guys, I'm ad administrator of a FM fan site, and we organize some challenges often. I have to know if somebody has used FMRTE in the save.. beacause who will win, will win money! Is there any method to know if somebody has used FMRTE in a save?

You can analysis your opponent's matches to see any pattern of cheating but this will take time.  I believe there is no way to detect this besides getting a hold of their save and checking for yourself.

If I analyse I the match I can see only if he "destroyed" the other team and they play with young kids, but that's the only thing I can see or I am wrong?

That can be an indication or he may have just taken control of that team in-game and selected kids instead.
