Is there any way to beat the fair play restrictions?

 

I read at an older post changing your chairman status to underwriter will help but I can't find that option in FMRTE 15...

That option is not there.  It is available in the pre-game editor.  Increasing your bank balance is probably your only definitive option.  Increasing your sponsorships too may help.

But increasing the balance does not change anything in regards to fair play.

 

Doesn't seem like changing sponsorship value and/or date changes anything in regards to the forecast and the fair play forecast. 

There is no apparent way to beat FFP as this has been hard-coded into the game by SI.  Disregard my last comment as I did not read your post correctly.

Add a new manager add say 200mil to the team you signed the new manager too and then by a player from your team for 200 mil.

 

This worked for me.

Another way is to switch your main jersey sponsorship to an additional sponsorship through the Finances editing menu for the team.   Every month that passes, you'll get an additional main jersey sponsorship added to your list, which you can then change into an additional sponsorship - rinse and repeat.   You can alter the monetary worth of each sponsorship as needed - that should ease some of your income issues.
