Heal team not curing injuries

When I click heal team it does not cure the injuries in my first team...

 

Operating system: Windows 7

FMRTE Version: v15.1.4 (build 7)

FM Version: 15.1.3 572980 (m.e v1534)

    Also make sure FMRTE doesn't start in Freeze mode (check settings as it is enabled by default... DISABLE it). If this mode is left enabled by default, you can't inspire or heal players since players' status is frozen.
