I have this problem with FFP, no matter how I increase sponsorship, I'm still projected to be over limit by at about a £1 Billion, for some reason I'm projected to lose £961 million from sponsorship loss.

Here's a picture of my RTE window:

Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

Maybe it is because that you have set the 999,999,999 value as the sponsorship money received that it is causing this issue.  In my save, I have left the money value as it is.  Also, please can you fill in the Bug/Issue template.  You can find a link to it in my signature.

So what value should I change it to so I can pass the FFP regulations?

Ideally you should have left it as it was to remain within the limits and to potentially avoid situations like this.  Significantly lower the values should do the trick, to which values I will leave to your imagination.
