How do I give a contract to a FA

On FMRTE I'm trying to give a contract to a Free Agent. Because the play is a free agent there is no contract tab and I don't know how to make future transfers or give a contract instantly. Can somebody help me asap please.

    This is not possible within the software.  You can influence his decision by adding yourself and your club into his Relations tab.
