Double nationality problem

Hi, with FMRTE I edited for Croatia to need 2 years to gain nationality (5 is on start), but after that 2 years my players gain nationality, but it then says they need to stay in the country for 5 years to be able to play for Croatia? Why is this so? Is it bug? Can it be fixed? Thx for fast reply

    There was no need to edit this if you used FMRTE to edit it.  All you need to do was just add a second nationality in the Relations tab of your players, but this would mean you would need to add a second nationality to each player manually.
