i cant edit the finances of my club. Everytime i edit them it changes back to the orginal value

 

Any fix for this ??

    is this a new feature Greyfox ? ive used the editor for years and started a new game today , went to tinker with finances and im having the same problem . ive never knowingly had to tick a box anywhere before

    Couldn't find any enable transfer budget box so did as Gonewrong suggested , ran as administrator and it worked a treat again
