Hi

First of all sorry for my english if i will have any mistakes.

 

I have a problam when i'm tring to sign a contract with new players or staff, i've changed the wage budget for the club but still they tell me that i have board restrictions and icant sign the player (or the staff) for his demands, how can i offer him what ever i want without this board restrictions?
