wont update transfer budget

Hi guys ive been using FMRTE for years now and for some reason when I try and change transfer budget the seasons budget changes but the remaining budget stays at £0 any ideas?

    nope I have just selected show transfer budget in first screen I think it is and disable attribute masking. Im really confused this has never happened to me before and everything else works fine on FMRTE
